CARE 1004 is a water repellent and oil repellent impregnation product, specially designed for porous natural stones like limestone, sandstone, terrazzo, etc.

CARE 1004 contains extra additives with anti-algea, anti-fungi, anti-bacteria and UV-blocking properties which do not dissolve in water. This gives a long term protection against the formation of water sensitive bacteria, mould and algae. CARE 1004 forms a chemical and physical bond with the natural stones.

After treatment there is no virtual change of the appearance of the natural stones. CARE 1004 has good penetration properties. The layer is completely vapor permeable. Therefore the substrate can dry continuously. CARE 1004 protects the surface against pollution and acid rain. CARE 1004 is water based and can be applied with a brush, roller or spray gun.
